BiCT s.r.l is an italian SME focusing on the R&D and production of enzymes and secondary metabolites from both native sources (plant, animal and microorganism) and recombinant DNA techniques. The company expertise relies on a team of experienced professionals, in development and scale-up of cell cultures – bacteria, yeasts, plants and mammalian cells – for industrial production of enzymes, peptides and secondary metabolites. BiCT has an experience in bulk pharmaceutical ingredients production through biocatalysis, based on batch or column processes – free and immobilized enzymes – alongside process scale-up and upstream/downstream efforts related to biocatalysis.

Role in the project:

BiCT is involved in the enzymatic step for the synthesis of the agrochemical compounds.
