INCITE General assembly in Compiègne and Paris (France)
The last General Assembly of the INCITE project just ended on March 21st. It took place in Compiègne (Oleon premises) and in Paris (Bioeconomy for Change offices) on 20 and 21 march.
20 March
During the first day, one hour was devoted to the visit of the technical facilities of Oleon in Compiègne. Then, workpackages after workpackages, the partners presented their achievements during the previous seven months, offering a clear outlook of the work that need to be carried out during the last months of the project. The presentations focused on the design and engineering of the two demonstrations plants (Belgium and Italy) and on the sustainability assessment.
21 March
The presentations of the second day in Paris, focused on the installation, operation and optimization at the two demonstration sites, but also on knowledge transfer activities, business development and communication.
About INCITE
The INCITE project brings together seven European partners from four countries. It has received € 13.3 M from the EU’s Horizon 2020 Programme for the topic “efficient integrated downstream processes” (CE-SPIRE-04-2019). The project aims to demonstrate novel integrated up- and downstream processing paths involving flow chemistry and membrane technology in chemo-enzymatic processes. The modularity and flexibility of the developed processes will be showcased through two demonstration plants.
